ABOUT EACH PROGRAM:

SKYWALKER CALL OF INITIATION:

Video Call Interview Duration: 30-60 minutes.
Assessing your current life situation, struggles, goals & aspirations - followed by my personal advice, guidance, & suggested course of action towards overcoming these obstacles and achieving those goals.

MENTORSHIP PROGRAM (1 MONTH):

Video Call Interview Duration: 60 minutes.
In depth session assessing your current life situation, struggles, goals & aspirations (fitness, social media, life, etc) - followed by my personal advice, guidance, & suggested course of action towards overcoming these obstacles and achieve your dream.
Followed by 3 additional video calls (1 per week/15-30 minutes each) during the month of your apprenticeship.
Includes 1 month of text support - I'll be handling all of the apprentices by myself (Respond time: 12 hours).

SESSION WITH SKYWALKER:

Video Call Duration: 1 HOUR GYM SESSION with me as your personal coach guiding you through your workout over video call.
You choose the muscle group, I choose the exercises.

SKYWALKER CUSTOMIZED ROUTINES:

Video Call Interview Duration: 15-45 minutes.
Assessing your Physique & Fitness goals.
Customized Weekly Workout & Diet Routine tailored to your height, weight, and body mass index to meet these goals - made by me personally.

SKYWALKER CYCLE SUPPORT:

Video Call Interview Duration: 30-60 minutes.
For those looking to join the Darkside.
Customized 12-week-cycle constructed by me along with my input regarding the bicycle, advice, and safety precautions.
